Cinderella X is a form of emotional audio therapy created for
people
dealing with fear, anxiety, trauma, stress, panic, abuse,
emotional
pain, and the exhaustion of surviving a hard life. There
is some kind of emergent magic that appears with the
combination of Cinderella X's voice and her humble
hard-working personality when combined with the music of Leah
Jude. Leah Jude’s music creates the feeling of sitting
safely inside during a cold winter storm. It's like
taking a tranquilizer.
Some people search for trauma therapy. Others search for help
with fear,
help for anxiety, panic attack help, emotional healing, abuse
recovery,
or simply a calming voice that helps them feel safe for a
little while.
That is what Cinderella X was created to be. I don't
know how it works exactly but it works. It really helps
when you are scared. It's like medicine for scared
people and people suffering from anxiety or trauma or abuse.
Cinderella cleans chimneys all day with her cat Slippers while
escaping
the cruelty of her wicked step sisters and her evil step
mother. Always trying not to call on her fairy godmother
because then she will owe her an attendance at one of her
fairy godmother's stupid gopher weddings in the forest.
"Do you take this gopher to be your lawfully wedded
wife?" WHATEVER! At night she listens to strange
radio shows, relaxing music, frightening stories, and calming
audio and fringe podcasts from
the Fringe Radio Network while trying to soothe her
traumatized nervous
system, while her and her cat, Slippers lay under the magic
blanket that her fairy godmother made for her. She loves
the winter and loves to look out at the snow from the top of
her bedroom in the castle keep.
This is not cold clinical therapy, it's human comfort. A
healing voice.
A relaxing atmosphere. A strange little world for scared
and wounded
people who need somewhere to breathe. If you are nervous and
scared, just wrap yourself up in a blanket and lay down on the
couch and listen to Cindy for a while.
Sometimes Cinderella talks about fringe podcasts and mysterious ideas. Sometimes she reads strange stories. She likes to talk about philosophy and science. Sometimes she simply talks softly while music plays in the background to help your body calm down.
If you found this page because you searched for:
fear therapy,
trauma therapy,
anxiety therapy,
help with fear,
help with trauma,
help with abuse,
or help for anxiety...
you are in the right place. Try to relax and forget
about the world for a while, don't ruminate on things that
might never happen. Stop thinking for a while and wrap
up in your favorite blanket and grab your cat or dog and
listen to Cindy. You'll feel better, at least a little
bit if not a lot.
